Our goal is to minimize the effect of daily living activities on the individuals that need help. As a result, we strive to prevent hospitalization or other higher care that is unnecessary.
We have a newly renovated space with a small computer lab, an ADA accessible bathroom, and a large space for classes and workshops to follow COVID-19 protocol.
Through research driven tactics, evidence-based practices, and statistical analysis, FSCMD delivers results you can measure.
